Paul has a BEng (Hons) Degree in Engineering and Management and a Masters in Fire Safety Engineering from the University of Ulster. 

A highly skilled Chartered Professional Fire Engineer with over 18 years of experience, applying both Building Code Technical Approved Guidance and Specific Fire Engineering Design, utilising sound fire engineering principles and computational analysis. His approach ensures that both client and architect needs are met while maintaining statutory compliance.

Paul's role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders and leading teams through complex fire engineering design to deliver functional and practical solutions tailored to client needs.

With a wealth of experience, his portfolio encompasses a diverse range of projects, including high-rise residential, commercial, healthcare, and institutional developments. Notable projects include the 187m Seascape high-rise development, Tākina Convention Centre, 61 Molesworth Street, Sky Stadium, Department of Corrections Modular Prison facilities, and the Emergency Department at Hutt Hospital in Wellington, New Zealand.

With global experience in the UK, Irish, New Zealand, Australasian, North American fire safety design markets, Paul brings and integrates international best practices to all his projects.
